Returns & Exchanges
 

Each House of Quené piece is thoughtfully designed, carefully inspected, and lovingly packaged before it leaves our Sydney studio. We hope you adore your purchase as much as we loved creating it.


Change of Mind

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or the fit isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition – including all tags, packaging, and garment bags.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange or credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong style or size, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery at hello@houseofquene.com. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for faulty or incorrect items and will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
