Domestic shipping (Australia)
All orders are dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post.
Orders placed before 11am (AEST) are dispatched the same day, all orders placed after 11am or on weekends/ public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcels journey.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery via trusted carriers, including Australia Post International and DHL Express. All international orders are shipped from our Sydney studio.

Duties and Taxes
Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Each country has its own import thresholds and tax rates - for example, customers in the UK, Europe, or Asia may be required to pay local VAT, GST or import duties before receiving their parcel.
House of Quené is not responsible for these charges, and we are unable to prepay or estimate them at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs website for guidance before placing your order.
In the event a shipment has been abandoned due to non-payment of customs fees or taxes, the customer forfeits their rights to the goods and any associated refund.
